The setting is absolutely beautiful! You would want to spend a little bit money to sit on the front line as you would have the best Hawaii experience ever! Highly recommend! By the way, if you are staying at this hotel, you actually can see this show from a distance, for free. Just a quick FYI. Although of course if you could afford the $$$, the front row seat experience and the food is well worth the $$$ IMHO.

Where shall I even begin?! We were staying at the resort and I decided to surprise my husband with tickets to this luau. The last time we attended a luau, it was still during covid times so there were a lot of restrictions. When you line up to wait to be seated, they offer you a Lei. You get personally escorted to your table. There are water stations placed around the area, the bar with amazing drink service, and once the food starts rolling in, you will have the best time. I was initially nervous about not getting premium seats but honestly we had one of the best seats in the house. It was not all the way in the back at all. Our server, Johnel, was very entertaining and efficient with handling multiple tables. I had the best time of my life at this luau.

This luau is at the Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott and is quite amazing! It is oceanfront, you get an amazing quality multiple course meal, drinks (open bar), and an amazing storytelling experience!! I've seen a few other luaus take place on the island and one in Kauai and truly felt this was the best. Highly recommend.

Best luau ever! Superb staff, delicious dishes, beautiful backdrop and an amazing show! I've been to quite a few of these, and this is the best set up of all. Here you get designated a table before you arrive, and the waiter brings all the courses to you, with an explanation of every item. And they were all excellent, even the Namasu Pickles, which were lightly pickled local cucumbers. You check in at 5pm, and you get served at 5:30pm, and then there are a couple of short performances while you eat, but the real show starts at 7pm. This is the perfect way to go about it so that you're finished eating and can focus completely on the dancers. I hope to always come to see this show while on Maui. And just a tip...arrive 1/2 hour early so you have time to ask for directions...and you will need to because the resort is huge...then walk the 10 minutes to the location.

Located in the Waeila Beach Resort, it really is a spectacular setting with the ocean in the background making it so picturesque. It's first come first served for the table when you reserve. We go the premium seats about a month out so we were not in the first or second row even for the $$$$. Nevertheless, we were able to see fairly well. Seating is pretty important given the location of the sun. Our Luau was on April 1st so the weather was nice but we had our faces to the sun at 5pm and we were roasting!! The food was good- i know some folks didn't like the rolls but I probably could have eaten the basket lol. Not to worry, they will bring you extra if whatever you want run out. No pics of the entrees ::/ Open bar with fruity drinks and sodas.

Very solid and entertaining Luau located at the Wailea Marriott Resort. The setting is absolutely beautiful with a beach front as the background. Free parking is available but as others have stated, it is quite a scenic walk through the resort grounds to the Luau. I would arrive about 30 mins before start time so you can take photos at the beautiful resort and before you check in. After the event is over, they offer a golf cart ride back to the parking lot. We decided to walk while the older guests of our party took the golf cart. We arrived to our cars at the same time. They do not start seating until the start time. No rush to get there first as seating is already set and decided based upon when you booked. So the sooner you book, the better seats you will get. I would just book as early as possible instead of paying more for the premium seating. It seemed there were not any bad tables. The open bar also offers sodas for the kids along with virgin Pina coladas and daiquiris or a Miami Vice (which I finally learned it was the mix of the two). A self-service coffee and tea station is also available. During the cocktail period, be sure to walk around for pictures and check out the temporary tattoo and craft tables. There are so many different variety of dishes brought out to your table. See photos for comments. Overall it was solid for a buffet Luau. The best part of the evening were all the performers and the friendly and courteous servers and crew. Would definitely recommend this luau.
